Let The Games Begin!

What does it feels like to be part of London 2012 Paralympic Games as an athlete and an onlooker? A film starring Hayley Spicer, Jolene Wild, Harry Fairchild, Julia Burcham, Iain Harper, Matthew Zeller, Thomas Isaacs,Taurean Tate-Bailey. Directed by Matthew Hellett and Sarah Watson with input from the performers.

Paralympic Memories

Learning-disabled athletes will be taking part in the Paralympic for the first time in 12 years, competing in three areas: Table Tennis, Swimming abd athletics. This film in inspired by the campaign to overturn the ban and includes interviews with disabled athletes. It has been made by Sarah Watson and Matthew Hellett and features 16 participants from Downs View Community Special School and St Luke's School

After The Games Are Over

Two short films made by young people aged 14-19. A documentary with a focus on how the Paralympics have changed peoples lives, and an 'advert' for an imagined product that might be made as a result of thGames. These films go into production in January 2012 in partnership with Fordwater and St Anthony's Schools and Chichester Festival theatre.
