Pallant House Gallery has over 18 rooms of art to explore, including temporary exhibitions. We recommend a minimum of 1½ hours to enjoy a visit and that you discuss the possibilities at the time of booking with Helen Martin, Development Officer on 01243 770838 or email h.martin@pallant.org.uk.
One suggested format for your visit is:
• Meet at Gallery Reception 10 mins
• Guided tour or exhibition talk on chosen theme 50 mins
• Personal time to explore the Gallery and Shop 45 mins
• Lunch 45 mins
• Return to Group Leader/ coach for departure
Total duration: 2hrs 30min

You can pre-order tea, coffee and biscuits for your group to have on arrival. Please see the booking form for details. The restaurant offers professionally prepared light lunches, such as homemade soups and breads, a three course set lunch and afternoon tea. Booking is recommended. Access for Visitors with Disabilities or Special Needs
All public areas of Pallant House Gallery are accessible for wheelchair users. There is lift access to the upper floors and there are disabled toilets with both left and right transference. There is a loop system installed at the Reception, and in the Bookshop, Restaurant, Education Studio and Lecture Room. We aim to be as accommodating as possible and if members of your group have disabilities or special needs then please contact the Gallery in advance of your visit to discuss their requirements.

Please complete the group booking form and send together with a £50 deposit to Helen Martin, Development Officer, 9 North Pallant, Chichester, PO19 1PW.
The balance will be due before or on the day of your visit.
