Friends Only Event | Roche Court The beautiful grounds of Roche Court in Wiltshire are the setting for the New Art Centre Sculpture Park with impressive works by Barbara Hepworth, Anthony Gormley, Kenneth Armitage, Ian Stephenson and Anthony Caro. We will be given a guided tour of the artworks in the grounds as well as the exhibition of the abstract paintings of Clare Woods. This exciting artist, whose works are inspired by photographs of undergrowth and vegetation taken at night, paints with enamel on aluminium. For this exhibition Clare is producing a monumental painting, scanning the whole length of the award-winning gallery. We will visit Stockbridge for a pub lunch. £35 includes lunch and tea, 10.30am–6pm approx. |
